A stopover at KL International Airport. Food Garden, very much your average food court, just very very HALAL. Awesome food though.
Catching a morning flight from KL to Vientiane, 8May2012.
Views from airplanes aren't exactly the most ideal, but this one below proved rather satisfactory. So it occurred to me how AirAsia advertises its (not very dignified) website more than the airline itself. Normally planes have airline names on them e.g. Silkair, Singapore Airline etc. AirAsia planes have "Airasia.com" (in bold red & white) on them. How very enterprising indeed!

The first local food in Vientiane. (Above) Sweet custard pancake, presumably meant for kids, judging from the pink Barbie prints on the wrapper. The spicy potato on stick is a must-try. It's as tasty as it looks. Not that it can be said for the anchovy dish right below it, though worth a try. I applaud a landlocked country's attempt at preparing a seafood dish.

BBHM (the monkey) had a tiny opportunity at camwhoring, which he otherwise would not enjoy in public places.
