Airasia just rescheduled the flights between KL & Laos. It's partly a good thing to be flying in the morning & arrive early in Laos, yet the flight to KL.. I'll then need to get to KL one day earlier, which means I'll be flying one day after my final submission - that's downright crazy. Let alone research, wouldn't even have time for packing the essentials. Only thankful for the fact that half the backpack hasn't been unpacked sincce the last trip. Call centre call centre. Budget airline call centres are awfully notorious for the service. I'm not sure about Airasia, but Tiger's & Jetstar's are. However, the known (& experienced) fact that Airasia's website is a seemingly hopeless affair to deal with, isn't very promising when it comes to its call centres. Nonetheless, try. Tiger's had me waiting on the phone for almost an hour without eventually getting to speak to anything remotely human. All there was was the crackling music. How memorable indeed, I can almost hum it now! "Thanks be to God". I'm not sure what to say about this. Just a quick sketch of a concept development process. Also an attempt at utilizing the 'unpopular' remnants of multiple boxes of color pencils.
